Brightsphere is fully independent or, to be more specific, we are completely vendor neutral. This means that whilst we have experience in identifying and providing recommendations to your problems we do not push solutions based on vendor partnerships. We provide you with all the options and help you to choose the solution fit for purpose and your budget.

This is not to say that we cannot leverage our existing vendor relationships to help achieve the best outcomes for our customers, simply that we do not benefit from such arrangements.

Tim has over over 20 years experience in Information Technology with specific skills in cloud strategy, architecture and deployments, infrastructure architecture, virtualisation, ERP implementations and business process analysis. Prior to starting Brightsphere Tim consulted with Nfp-i, a not-for-profit specific consulting business and as such is intrinsically aware of, and interactive with, the valuable sector in which it operates. Tim’s past experience includes senior IT Management positions with enterprise organisations across the tech services, manufacturing and distribution, banking, logistics, FMCG and housing sectors.

Tim’s focus has always been to apply unbiased ideas learnt from this experience and to share knowledge of the most effective implementation approaches and technology applications available to the sector.

Tim possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills, an integral attribute to developing and maintaining business and vendor relationships.

Tim likes to explore alternatives, understand implications, question decisions and is always seeking continuous improvement by generating new and challenging ideas and practices. Tim has the ability to initiate and lead strategic processes and empower people to achieve optimum outcomes in a results-oriented environment.
